Delivery Information
We offer customers the option of home delivery via APC or a Click & Collect option from our Teynham Store.
We’ve included as much information as possible below, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Return Information
All orders placed can be returned within 14 days of delivery, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Any order that is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition must be returned if it remains unopened in its original packaging.
Unwanted items can also be returned within 48 hours from confirmation of successful delivery.
Your return request may be rejected if any of the following apply
- The product is used or the packaging has been tampered with
- 48 hours has passed after confirmation of successful delivery
Refunds will be completed 1-3 working days after a successful claim to the original payment method.
FAQs
You’ll receive tracking information via SMS/Email, once your order is out for delivery APC will give you a specific delivery window of when your order will arrive.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
APC aim to deliver all orders the next working day but may take upto 3 working days in more remote areas.
You’ll be provided with the address to send your order back once your return claim is successful. Depending on the reason for return will determine whether you’re responsible for paying for the return costs.
